A publication that writes about data-hungry apps should be clear about its own data use. Cupid Code Journal’s is minimal.
No tracking stack
The journal sets no cookies and loads no analytics scripts, ad pixels or third-party trackers. There are no forms, newsletter sign-ups, comment sections or reader accounts.
What the host records
The hosting provider processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested URL) to serve pages and defend against abuse. The journal doesn’t combine them with other data or use them to profile readers.
Messages to the editors
Messages sent to editorial@cupidcodejournal.com are retained only for replying and related follow-up. Don’t attach images of other people or scam evidence containing intimate material; a description does the job.
No sale of data
Personal information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Under-18s
The journal is for adults 18 and older. It doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and messages identified as coming from a minor are deleted.
Privacy rights by state
Residents of several US states have rights to access, correct or delete their personal information. Email the editorial address with a request; it will be honored regardless of state.
Change log
Before analytics or any other data collection is added, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
